Are you in a difficult situation and looking urgently for help? The Emergency Advice Centre can help you quickly and easily.

The Emergency Advice Centre is a contact point for all people in the canton of Zurich who are looking for help, irrespective of their country of origin or residency status. In collaboration with you, we discuss concerns and possible solutions or refer you to another organisation that could help.

The advice we give is free-of-charge and offered in German, French, English and Spanish.

Where and when can I get the advice I need?

We offer advice from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 12 am and from 2 to 5 pm. Please make an appointment:

How can the Emergency Advice Centre help me?

The Emergency Advice Centre provides information and can provide financial assistance in emergency situations. If necessary, we organise contact with other social institutions in the Canton of Zurich.

Who will help me?

Experienced social workers provide the advice. Volunteers also work with them.
